What is Panelized Home Construction?

Panelized Home Construction is a high-tech approach to build a new home or home addition. Pre- engineered wall, floor, roof and foundation sections are produced in factory-controlled conditions then delivered by our crane trucks to the building site for final construction by our set crew.

Unlike stick-built homes, a Panelized home is built with laser perfect precision and even a large home can be weather tight in just a few days. This allows crews to work comfortably as they install all services and finish the home faster with better quality.
